Country Club Committee Chairman’s Message

As the Club Chairman mentioned, 2026 marks a new chapter for The Clearwater Bay Champions Cup. For the first time, the Club will hold this year’s annual tennis tournament outside the Club.

Our Club has a strong and vibrant tennis community, with more than 130 adult and junior members representing us in the HKCTA leagues, the Veteran Tennis Association League, and the HK Ladies  League, etc. We also support six players through our Junior Sportsperson Development Scheme for tennis.

Our Tennis Academy offers classes at all levels for adult, adolescent, and junior members, and we collaborate with the charity and outreach arm of the Club – the Community Outreach and Charity Programme to run experiential tennis sessions for local schools.

This year, The Clearwater Bay Champions Cup—Women’s Doubles Invitational will feature four pairs of WTA players, including Hong Kong’s No. 1 female player and our Tennis Ambassador, Eudice Chong. They will compete for a total prize purse of over HK$460,000.

Please join us to watch some serious tennis doubles action in Victoria Park this November. It’s a complimentary event—and all are welcome.
